Question: Is it accepted practice to issue a commemorative stamp just two weeks before the end of the commemorative year? 1707 / 2007 but the first day issue is stamped 18th December 2007 ... the party is over for Wesley before it has begun. Does that mean no carolas? The Puritans strike again.
